How to Remove dssagent.exe

1. Kill these running processes with Task Manager:
   • systemroot+\bbstore\dss\dssagent.exedssagent.exe
2. Remove these registry items (if present) with RegEdit:
   • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\broderbund software\dss
   • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\broderbund software\dss
   • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\shareddlls \c:\windows\bbstore\dss\dssagent.exe
3. Remove these files (if present) with Windows Explorer:
   • systemroot+\bbstore\dss\dssagent.exedssagent.exe
   • dssregistry.ini
